University of Leeds Visitor Car Parking
This booking form is to enable the Faculty/School/Service to prepay the parking charge of £5 on behalf of their visitor.
This is the preferred method of booking but requests can still be made by emailing carparking@leeds.ac.uk.
Please complete the boxes provided within the booking form. Once your request has been submitted you will be given a booking reference number.
When the request has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to notify you. If sufficient notice has been given then the permit will be sent to the Faculty/School/Service which can then be sent in advance to the visitor. They will need to enter via the main barrier on Woodhouse Lane. If a barrier card was sent with the permit they will be able to enter by swiping through the barrier.
All other visitors will need to also enter via the main barrier on Woodhouse Lane and speak with the Car Park Attendant.
